Before we start

Changed your mind before we've started on the film? Email us and we'll refund you in full.

If something's wrong

A misspelled name, a wrong date, a photo in the wrong place, a fact we got wrong: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll fix it and send you the corrected film, free.

After it's made

Every film is made by hand for one family, so once it's delivered we can't take it back. If you're not happy with it, email us anyway. We'll do our best to make it right.

How to reach us

Email sean@backinourday.co with your name and the email you ordered with. We reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
